Why do I have to create an account in order to purchase a CLEcast CLE? In order to receive accreditation from different Bars, we must follow their rules on how to report completion of CLE courses. Many bar associations require that CLEcast be able to confirm the CLE video was watched in full. For this purpose, our software does track this information. Some jurisdictions require that we provide a certificate of completion. In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must watch the video(s) in full, click through each step, and fill out the forms. All of this requires that we are able to capture data about you viewing the CLEs you purchase.
What is the refund policy? Due to the nature of these digital products, CLEcast does not accept returns and will not refund your purchase. Should you believe there is a reason for CLEcast to deviate from this policy, contact us by email within 7 days of purchase.
